Information we process
Taslama processes account and workspace information, such as names, email addresses, roles, and selected project details. When a business uses Taslama, it may also process operational data including customer contact details, bookings, services, products, team members, notes, and media that authorised users add.
When you connect Taslama to an AI client, we process the authorisation information needed to establish and maintain that connection, including OAuth grants, access scopes, selected workspace, and security logs. We do not ask an AI client to provide your Taslama password.
How we use information
We use information to provide and secure the service, authenticate users, enforce workspace permissions, operate bookings and catalog features, respond to support requests, and improve reliability. We may use limited technical data, such as IP address, browser or client details, and event timestamps, to prevent abuse and diagnose incidents.
Sharing and access
Information is available to the Taslama workspace and people authorised by that workspace. We use service providers that help host, store, secure, and operate Taslama, under appropriate confidentiality and data protection obligations. We may disclose information when required by law or when necessary to protect the safety, rights, or security of Taslama, its users, or the public.
Retention and security
We retain information for as long as needed to provide the service, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. We use technical and organisational safeguards designed to protect information, but no online service can guarantee absolute security.
Your choices
You can request access, correction, export, or deletion of personal information, subject to applicable law and the responsibilities of your workspace. Workspace administrators can also manage team access and AI connections. To make a privacy request, contact us through the support details below.
