Using Taslama

Taslama is a workspace platform for stores and service-business operations. By creating an account, using a workspace, or connecting Taslama to an AI client, you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy. If you use Taslama on behalf of an organisation, you confirm that you are authorised to accept these terms for that organisation.

Accounts and permissions

Keep your credentials secure and use only accounts and workspaces you are authorised to access. Workspace administrators are responsible for assigning appropriate roles and reviewing access. Do not attempt to bypass authentication, permission controls, rate limits, or other safeguards.

Connected AI features

Taslama may allow you to connect an AI client through OAuth. You choose the workspace and permissions you authorise. Before confirming an AI-assisted change to bookings, customers, services, products, or other operational data, review it for accuracy and suitability. AI-generated responses may be incomplete or incorrect and are not professional, legal, financial, medical, or employment advice.

Your data and acceptable use

You retain responsibility for the information you submit and for having the rights and notices needed to use it in Taslama. Do not use the service to upload unlawful content, infringe rights, send harmful code, interfere with the service, or process highly sensitive information unless Taslama has expressly agreed to support that use.

Availability and suspension

We work to keep Taslama available and secure, but the service may change, be interrupted, or be unavailable from time to time. We may suspend or limit access when reasonably necessary to protect the service, comply with law, or address a breach of these terms.

Disclaimer and liability

Taslama is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for every use. To the extent permitted by law, Taslama is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the service.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms as the service changes. Continued use after the effective date of an updated version means you accept the updated terms.
