Contact support
Email support@taslama.agency with the workspace name, your account email, and a short description. Never include passwords, access tokens, payment details, or sensitive customer data.
AI connection help
Choose Taslama in your AI client, then sign in and select a workspace you can access. If the workspace is missing, ask an administrator to check your membership and role.
Account and access issues
Contact support if you cannot sign in, lost workspace access, or notice activity you do not recognise. Workspace administrators can manage team membership and access.
Privacy requests
Use “Privacy request” as the email subject. Tell us which account or workspace the request concerns.
